We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our EME Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex installations and projects, ensuring deliverables meet client needs for data analysis, workflow improvements, and timely patient results.
- Support pre-installation inspections, workflow and architecture analysis of LIS environments, focusing on interoperability and connectivity.
- Build and validate deployment standards including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget.
- Communicate IT workflows and configurations effectively to project teams.
- Support on-site project execution and manage pilot projects to extend standard practices across EME teams.
- Coordinate IT activities in the field, prioritize needs, source internal support, and build cross-functional teams.
- Develop the future IT platform in EME, assessing expertise and implementing development plans.
- Mentor IT field personnel with hardware/software configurations and workflow mapping.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and customer feedback integration.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Engineering or IT with at least 5 years of experience in customer support, connectivity, and project management.
- Expertise in system interoperability, LIS/LIMS environment, middleware, and laboratory informatics.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, data security (GDPR), and cybersecurity.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder liaison skills.
- Hands-on approach with ability to decompose complex projects.
- Effective influencing and communication skills across all levels.
- Reactive and proactive with a sense of urgency.
