We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our EME Customer Service team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex installations and projects, ensuring deliverables meet client needs for data analysis, workflow improvements, and timely patient results.
  • Support pre-installation inspections, workflow and architecture analysis of LIS environments, focusing on interoperability and connectivity.
  • Build and validate deployment standards including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget.
  • Communicate IT workflows and configurations effectively to project teams.
  • Support on-site project execution and manage pilot projects to extend standard practices across EME teams.
  • Coordinate IT activities in the field, prioritize needs, source internal support, and build cross-functional teams.
  • Develop the future IT platform in EME, assessing expertise and implementing development plans.
  • Mentor IT field personnel with hardware/software configurations and workflow mapping.
  • Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and customer feedback integration.
Qualifications
  • Higher education in Engineering or IT with at least 5 years of experience in customer support, connectivity, and project management.
  • Expertise in system interoperability, LIS/LIMS environment, middleware, and laboratory informatics.
  • Strong understanding of IT architecture, data security (GDPR), and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder liaison skills.
  • Hands-on approach with ability to decompose complex projects.
  • Effective influencing and communication skills across all levels.
  • Reactive and proactive with a sense of urgency.
