What You'll Do

You will be a key player in managing and enhancing the HR strategy for the corporate functions (BST - Business Services Team) in the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) system, which includes Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan.

You will support workforce planning, career development, talent management, and compensation strategies while ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will act as a trusted business partner for leadership and managers, advising on people-related strategies, facilitating performance reviews, and driving key HR initiatives. Your focus will be on optimizing HR processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and creating a strong employee experience. You will also play a critical role in BST talent development by managing training and upskilling programs, overseeing compensation benchmarks, and ensuring the implementation of HR best practices.

Additionally, you will contribute to shaping the BST HR function by identifying improvement areas, implementing initiatives based on employee feedback, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts. Please note that this role could be temporary or permanent, based on candidate profile and experience.

YOU ARE GOOD AT:

  1. Supporting BST capacity and costs planning, contributing to budget submissions, and optimizing workforce efficiency;
  2. Running career development processes and individual performance bonus calculations for assigned populations;
  3. Acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and functional managers to drive people initiatives;
  4. Providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and talent strategies to align with business goals;
  5. Implementing and analyzing compensation benchmarks and monitoring job market trends to ensure competitive positioning;
  6. Supporting performance-based compensation processes and driving improvements in salary and incentive structures;
  7. Managing the BST Development Journey, ensuring program's participants receive relevant development opportunities, thus coordinating training, networking, and mobility initiatives;
  8. Analyzing BST People Survey results and developing actionable plans to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement;
  9. Using HR data to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

What You'll Bring

  1. Relevant (3-4 years) previous HR experience, ideally in professional service firm with international exposure;
  2. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English;
  3. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
  4. Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, and display strong attention to detail;
  5. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong interpersonal skills and professional integrity;
  6. Flexible, "out-of-the-box" attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment;
  7. Excellent relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders;
  8. Highest ethical standards and ability to respect all BCG and employee information as personal and confidential.
