Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Position: Software Real-Time & Embedded Engineering
Ideal Candidates:
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Enjoy working within DevOps/Agile/Scrum teams in challenging, dynamic environments requiring reactivity and resourcefulness.
  • Desire to work in a "real-time" environment, balancing low-level hardware interactions with high-level functionality.
  • Willing to work on various devices such as Radar, embedded calculators, Smartcards, Wearables, for Telecommunications and IoT sectors.
Core Competencies:
  • Experience developing on embedded OS like Linux, VxWorks, FastOS Linux.
  • Proficiency in embedded software development using C, C++, VB.NET, ADA, Assembly.
  • Familiarity with programming tools and performance measurement instruments.
  • Skills in simulation tools, integration, and testing activities on platforms.
  • Knowledge of embedded system and application design, communication protocols like DDS, ARINC.
  • Understanding of business data processes, mathematics, statistics, and data technologies.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
  • Knowledge of automated deployment tools like Helm, Yaml, Ansible, Docker.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and test scalable, high-performance features prioritizing deployment and user experience.
  • Follow best coding practices to produce high-quality, reusable code.
  • Implement security best practices for web applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance product quality.
  • Stay updated with latest technological advancements.
  • Work with UX teams to implement user experience concepts.
  • Follow agile methodologies, including creating user stories and tasks.
  • Manage source code repositories and participate in deployment activities.
