Job summary

The Member Company is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design and develop software for avionics systems and satellite platforms. You will manage the full software lifecycle from requirements through testing and reporting, and tailor RTOS configurations for OBC.

You will also integrate flight software on avionics and satellites, support performance analysis tools, develop scripts and simulators, and collaborate with systems and hardware teams for SW/HW integration, production,

Responsibilities

• Design and development of embedded software for avionics systems and satellite platforms
• Management of the entire software lifecycle: requirements, development, integration, testing, and reporting
• Configuration and customization of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) for OBC
• Integration and testing of flight software on avionics and complete satellites
• Support for the definition and use of performance analysis tools
• Development of support tools (scripts, simulators, digital twins)
• Collaboration with systems and hardware teams for SW/HW integration
• Support in the software production phase
• Software maintenance in orbit and support for Flight Operations throughout the mission lifecycle
