Alpitronic, a leader in e-mobility technology, seeks a cybersecurity specialist to perform penetration testing on chargers, embedded controllers, and backend systems. You will identify weaknesses in charging protocols, produce remediation guidance, and help maintain a distributed testing lab using Linux and hardware security tools.

Required are a Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent cybersecurity experience, familiarity with cryptography, secure boot, and TPM/TrustZone, plus

• Proficiency in cryptographic algorithms and security fundamentals.
• Experience with Linux environments and security tooling.
• Knowledge of secure boot, authenticated updates, and access control.
• Familiarity with reverse engineering techniques.
• Understanding of hardware security modules, ARM TrustZone and TPM, and fault-injection concepts.
• Ability to debug µprocessors/microcontrollers and analyze security controls.
• Analytical mindset with proactive, autonomous work style.
• Problem-solving and self-motivation in complex security tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform penetration testing on chargers, embedded controllers, and backend infrastructures using various techniques.
• Attack implemented security mitigations to bypass them via software or hardware methods like fault injection and glitches.
• Identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities in charging protocols with EVs and CPOs.
• Create reports of findings and recommend remediation requirements.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of a distributed penetration testing lab, selecting tools and scripts.

Educación

Master's degree in Electronic/Information Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics, or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity
