Who are you?

We seek a Junior Production Associate to support our pharmaceutical client, focusing on email creation using specific tools. The role involves collaborating with brand teams and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. This position is ideal for a motivated individual seeking their first role in digital marketing or creative fields.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble emails using Knak (https://knak.com/) and proprietary client tools, with training provided.
• Program simple HTML banners.
• Manage digital content ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist in creating emails and newsletters, including design, approval, and tagging.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning and training programs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Interest in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for minor edits.
• Experience with email creation tools like Knak is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HTML, CMS, JS.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
• Good communication skills and collaborative approach.
• Reside in Italy, preferably Milan, with the ability to visit the client’s office occasionally.
• Native Italian speaker with business-level English skills.
