Who are you?
We are looking for a Junior Production Associate to complement our team and work for our client within the pharmaceutical industry. The role will focus on supporting our client’s omnichannel Content Delivery Manager, primarily building emails using the designated tool.
You should be able to partner effectively with brand teams and understand business and customer experience goals, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
This position is ideal for a driven individual seeking their first role in a digitally focused creative or marketing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble emails using the email authoring tool Knak (https://knak.com/), along with proprietary client tools, for which training will be provided.
- Program simple HTML banners.
- Manage content for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with local brand and cross-functional teams throughout the email creation process, including design, approval, and tagging.
- Engage with delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings to identify potential projects.
- Understand and apply relevant policies and procedures.
- Attend training programs and work on assignments as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Interest in or experience with Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for minor artwork edits.
- Experience with Knak or similar email creation tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML, CMS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Resident in Italy, preferably Milan, with occasional visits to the client’s office.
- Native Italian speaker with professional English skills.
