Optimize lead flow, supporting business growth and driving sales performance. Working closely with the Sales&RM team to ensure smooth lead management and alignment on lead quality and sales priorities.* Lead Research: use tools like LinkedIn, Mergermarket, business article, CRM and other databases to gather new leads for the Sales&RM and Business Development Team, on a weekly basis.* Sales Presentation: support and prepare sales decks that the Sales&RM Team will use during ELITE promotion events and with prospects in coordination with Marketing Team.* Reporting and Analytics: track lead qualification performance and provide insights to the Head of Sales&RM Team (trends, pain points and opportunities for process improvements).* Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that the value proposition of your product/service is comprehensive to notably generate cross-selling opportunities* Product & market development across Europe: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products.
