Highborn Global is seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Nanny for a high-profile family in the CityLife area of Milan. The role combines housekeeping and childcare, with approximately 75% cleaning and 25% caring for three children, and a flexible schedule of about 40–45 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a high-standard private household, fluent English, excellent laundry and wardrobe-management skills, and the discretion to maintain a warm, trustworthy rapport

Schedule: Flexible, approximately 40 - 45 hours per week

Salary: €45,000–€50,000 per year, depending on experience

A high-profile football family based in the CityLife area of Milan is seeking an experienced and professional Housekeeper/Nanny to support their household and three children.

The position will be approximately 75% housekeeping and 25% childcare.

Housekeeping duties include:

• General cleaning to a very high standard
• Laundry and ironing
• Wardrobe management
• Maintaining an organised and well-presented family home

The successful candidate should also be comfortable caring for the children when the parents need to go out and must be warm, trustworthy and able to build a good rapport with them.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-standard private household
• Fluent English
• Excellent housekeeping, laundry and wardrobe-management skills
• Flexible, discreet and child-friendly
• Legal right to work in Italy
