Job Description:
Mission:
Maximize sales, achieving commercial goals regarding revenues, market share, and customer loyalty.
Activities:
- Support the line manager in developing sales approaches to ensure the right customers are targeted and sales goals are met.
- Assist the Line Manager in analyzing and evaluating commercial opportunities.
- Identify potential competitive scenarios.
- Participate in negotiations with customers to secure contracts.
- Actively monitor each campaign's plan and main milestones.
- Support the tracking of order acquisition progress.
- Assist the line manager in collecting intelligence, including future operational needs, acquisition plans, budgets, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely sharing of information through periodic meetings and discussions on key topics and potential issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding questions about the company, products, contracts, payments, support, and training.
- Coordinate communication between company functions and customers, supporting contract execution and company targets.
- Provide updates on current contracts, ongoing offers, negotiations, and any issues affecting reputation.
Engagement with Foreign Customers - Customer Meetings:
- Coordinate customer visits, ensuring effective communication of messages and feedback.
- Involve relevant team members in customer meetings when appropriate, maintaining transparency.
- Provide timely feedback and support for actions following customer interactions.
- Support marketing, communication, and event activities, coordinating with local organizers and partners.
Requirements:
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Support roles, including Contract Management, Bids & Proposals, and Sales Engineering.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
