Responsibilities
- Support the line manager in developing sales approach to ensure the right customers are targeted and sales goals are met
- Support Line Manager in Analyzing and evaluating commercial opportunities
- Identify potential competitive scenarios
- Participate in negotiating with the customer in order to obtain the contract
- Actively participate in monitoring the plan of each campaign and the achievement of the main milestones
- Support the monitoring of the progress of the acquisition of orders
- Support the line manager in order to collect intelligence information, by identifying future operational needs and acquisition plans in the medium to long term, budgets, and the competitor situation
- Make information available in a timely manner, organize periodic meetings, share and discuss key topics and potential problems
- Be the prime focal point for the customers for any kind of question or enquiry they may have about the company, products, contracts, payments, contracts execution, product support, training, etc.
- Be the focal point for any exchange of information between the company functions and the customers. Managing any communication to local customers, provide support to contract manager, program manager, training manager and Customer support manager, as well as finance, with aim to support each function in properly executing the contracts and achieving the company targets.
- Provide information about the general situation of the current contracts, the status of offers in progress and / or in preparation and related contractual negotiations, and any technical and commercial criticality or problem that may influence reputation
Engagement in Relations with Foreign Customers - Customer Meetings
- Coordinate any visit to the customer, guaranteeing adequate sharing of messages and feedback.
- Involve others in meetings with customers whenever it is feasible and useful, with full transparency
- Provide timely feedback for appropriate sharing and support in any actions agreed with the customer in the event in which joint visits are not possible
- Support the marketing, communication, exhibition&events functions in any event to be arranged in country, coordinating actions and exchange of information, as well as following up with local organizers, partners, contractors, logistic companies. Etc
Qualifications
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Degree in Economics- 3 years of experience in Sales Support Roles (Contract Management, Bids & Proposals Management, Sales Engineering)- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
