Constellation Schools LLC seeks an experienced Elementary School Assistant Principal for Parma to assist the Principal in implementing the curriculum and achieving student success. You will help lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while fostering a safe, engaging school culture.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Education (Master’s preferred), an active Principal license or willingness to obtain the Alternative license, and 3–5 years of

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership preferred.
• Active Principal’s License or willingness to obtain an Alternative Principal’s license.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
• OTES credentialed or willing to obtain OTES credentialing.
• Experience with Teacher Based Team (TBT) and Building Leadership Team (BLT) processes.

• Supports school educational program and maximizes student learning in a safe environment.
• Maintains a welcoming, safe, orderly learning environment with high expectations.
• Establishes relationships with staff, parents, community leaders and stakeholders.
• Assists in interviewing potential school employees and budget development.
• Oversees program delivery of Title and Special Education services as applicable.
• Supports school events, enrollments, and site visits and ensures compliance with policies.
