Description du poste

High competence and the passion for new challenges make our Electrics/Electronics division the guidepost to the automotive future. Take your next step and support our team.

We are looking for a skilled and autonomous Electronics Test Engineer (ECU Integration) to join a technically exciting program, testing the integration of two or more Electronic Control Units, ensuring they work together reliably before the software moves on to the next stages of vehicle development. The program is in an early development phase: you will help shape the test process, working with a small team of test engineers and supporting it technically

  • Definition of an Integration test master plan, including the baseline of specifications and software versions under test.
  • Integration Test specification. Writing test documentation and test cases, with traceability to specifications and software versions.
  • Test preparation and automation. Configuring the test setup (hardware/software tools, bus interfaces, harnesses), planning bench availability and developing automated routines to increase testing efficiency.
  • Test execution and analysis. Running functional integration tests between ECUs, on bench or on vehicle, analyzing results, identifying root causes and collecting relevant data (logs, traces). Supporting colleagues technically and helping coordinate daily activities.
  • Test reporting. Preparing reports, tracking activities and blocking issues, managing issues through bug-tracking tools, and attending periodic alignment meetings.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or IT-related engineering.
  • Experienced in Electrics/Electronics testing, ideally integration or system-level testing in automotive - you’re already autonomous on core tasks and enjoy working as a reference point for colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with CAN and LIN networks, and with the tools to test them: CANalyzer, bus monitoring devices and CAPL (Vector toolchain); knowledge of diagnostic protocols (e.g. UDS, DoIP) is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of automotive EE architecture, automotive Ethernet and message routing across different networks.
  • Strong focus on testing methodologies, with attention to function delivery and traceability.
  • Strong passion for automotive, electronics and innovation.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
Total compensation:
  • Contract type: Permanent contract
  • Gross annual salary (RAL): €33.000 – €45.000 (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
  • Smart working: individual remote working agreements
  • Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
