Copeland is seeking an Electronics Test & Automation Engineer to join the Belluno, Italy-based Engineering team. The role combines electronics testing with software development for test automation, with about 40% software tasks and broad hands-on validation in lab and production environments.

A Diploma or degree in Electronics/Computer Science, experience with C#, VB.NET or Python, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team are valued.

• Diploma or degree in electronics or computer science or related field.
• Experience with C#, VB.NET or Python for test automation.
• Familiarity with software tools used for testing and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native Italian and intermediate English (B1/B2) required.

Mansioni

• Test, validate, and debug electronic boards and systems.
• Develop and maintain software for testing and automation.
• Analyze test results and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product quality and testing efficiency.
• Support automated test environments and processes.
• Contribute to firmware development and testing (Arduino where required).
• Prepare test reports and validation records.
• Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies and product development.
• Assist production by investigating and resolving testing issues.
