Copeland seeks an experienced Electronics Test & Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team in Belluno, Italy. The role combines electronics testing and validation with software development for test and automation applications, with ~40% software work and hands-on testing in lab and production environments.

The position requires a Diploma in Electronics or related field with relevant programming knowledge (C#/VB.NET/Python).

Competenze

Diploma in Electronics or related field or Bachelor in Electronic Engineering/CS.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
Understanding of software tools for testing and automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Native Italian and Intermediate English (B1/B2) mandatory.

Mansioni

Perform testing, validation, and debugging on electronic boards and systems.
Develop and maintain software for testing and automation.
Analyze test results and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering to improve quality, reliability, and testing efficiency.
Support automated test environments and processes.
Contribute to firmware development and Arduino-based tasks when required.
Prepare test reports and validation records.
Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
Investigate and resolve product/testing issues in production.
