We are looking for a TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ENGINEER to join the R&D department.

(S)he will be responsible for collecting and releasing technical documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.) for Alpinestars’ electronic products.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets high standards of accuracy and reliability.

His role includes managing documentation standards, processes, and tools to keep engineering drawings, specifications, and manuals accurate and up-to-date.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, research, write, publish, and maintain high-quality content aimed at a developer audience.
• Create user manuals, guides, and other documentation materials that provide clear instructions for using software, systems, or products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other writers to identify documentation needs and use cases, ensuring accurate reflection of product features.
• Manage complex documentation projects, organize and prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery meeting quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with subject matter experts, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Lead the information architecture for a product, considering the needs of developers, administrators, and users.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• English proficiency at mother tongue or C2 level.
• Bachelor’s or college degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with graphics editing software and database programs is valuable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
