Electronic Technician

Our client, Harsco Rail, is seeking an Electronic Technician at $29.43 to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Job Title: Electronic Technician

Location: Ludington, MI

Pay Range: $29.43 an hour

What’s the Job?

1. Assemble and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, fixtures, switches, control panels, and circuit breakers.
2. Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
3. Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
4. Test electrical equipment such as motors, generators, voltage regulators, capacitors, and switches, applying knowledge of assembly, machine setup, and testing procedures.
5. Demonstrate machine setup, operation, and procedures for assembly, wiring, and soldering using hand tools and soldering equipment.
6. Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout, wiring, and configuration of electrical systems.

What’s Needed?

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or similar role in industrial or commercial settings.
3. 2-3 years of hands-on training in Electrical or Electronics.
