OHB Italia SpA seeks an Electronic System Engineer for its Equipment Business Unit in Milan or Torino. You will drive system-level electronics design, review customer requirements, and coordinate internal resources to deliver ECSS-compliant hardware and FPGA/SoC solutions.

Fluent English is required; a degree in Electronics Engineering or Physics is essential. The role is on-site in Italy, with collaboration across electronics, mechanical/thermal teams and contractors.

Your Tasks:

• Technical proposal preparation
• Review and discussion of customer requirements
• Requirement engineering at unit/subsystem level
• Definition of unit/subsystem architecture according to ECSS and customer needs
• Requirement breakdown at board level
• Electrical interface definition and verification
• Coordinate internal technical resources (electronic, mechanical/thermal activity) and third parties for the flawless execution of the projects
• Support to Program manager in order to ensure that all the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within the allocated budget
• HW documentation for FPGA and SW design
• Support to the reviews with the customer
• Analysis of the performances / design justification
• Defining the test plan to verify performances
• Review the detailed unit/board/FPGA design
• Preparation of documentation
• Test of the unit/subsystem
• Test report preparationDiscussion of NCR
• Discussion of requirement change

Your Qualifications

The gross annual remuneration package will be determined based on the degree of alignment between the candidate’s profile and the requirements of the role, as well as the level of professional experience acquired. The salary range is therefore as follows:€30,000–€60,000
