A leading technology firm in Italy is looking for a System Engineer for their Embedded System for Aerospace Applications. The role involves FPGA design development, interpreting hardware requirements, and working with safety-critical avionics systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronic Engineering and strong knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, and programming languages like C or Python. TXT Group is looking for a System Engineer who will placed in Embedded System for Aerospace Applications Business Unit. The resource will be in charge of Development, Verification and Validation activities of Safety Critical Avionic systems in the Aerospace and Defence field.
Main Responsabilities:
FPGA Design Development;
Interpret hardware requirements and translate them in detailed requirements;
Interpret hardware requirements and translate them in test cases and procedure;
Module & FPGA Conceptual and Detailed Design;
VHDL Code review;
FPGA Coverage Analysis;
FPGA Timing Analysis Execution;
Hardware Module test cases development.
Required technical skills:
Knowledge of FPGA, VHDL, Verilog, ModelSim;
Knowledge of EDA development environments;
Knowledge of one of the following programming languages: (C, C++, C#, Java, Javascript, Python, Visual Basic, Ada95 or similar).
Optional technical skills:
Knowledge of a modelling language (Simulink, SCADE or similar);
Embedded real-time system experience.
Education required: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering.
