We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for mechanical design—both conceptual and detailed—for the creation of technical drawings and documentation management related to optoelectronic measurement systems used in railway infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

1. Design and development of complex systems
2. Design of metal structures
3. Collaboration with various internal departments
4. Supplier interface management

Requirements And Skills

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Automation, or similar fields)
2. Good knowledge of 3D CAD software
3. Experience with PLM systems
4. Good command of the English language
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
6. Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and geometric/dimensional tolerances
7. Strong teamworking skills

Personal Characteristics

1. Precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
2. Excellent communication and technical writing skills
3. Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
