Manpower ricerca un responsabile Electricity & Automation per supportare MES, elettricità e automazione in contesti produttivi. ruolo permanente, full-time a Mantova.

Il candidato ideale ha una laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o Automazione, con almeno 3 anni di esperienza e una fluente conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese. Attenzione a sicurezza, qualità e conformità normativa durante tutto l’iter di progetto.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o Automazione.
• Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese.
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in automazione/MES e ingegneria elettrica.

Mansioni

• Supporto per MES, elettricità e automazione nelle attività operative tecniche.
• Partecipazione a progetti CAPEX assicurando qualità, tempi e budget.
• Garantire sicurezza di persone, processi e ambiente in tutte le attività.
• Mantenere documentazione tecnica aggiornata (SLD, URS, FDS, procedure).

Provide support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity and Automation professional and technical operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects; doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.Duties
Participates in Capital Investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget. Responsibilities include: the preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews. Must fully understand the technical details of the MES and Electrical & Automation solutions in all projects.
Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations. Participates in the implementation of engineering tools at site level and in the activities in the factory.
Ensures that all installations comply with market and corporate safety, health,
environment, product safety and product quality standards. Ensures that the key
documentation is up to date and in place (i.e. SLD, URS, FDS, Calibration procedures, etc.). Ensure the application of the market and local MES-E&A related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, etc).
Play a key role in the continuous improvement of the factory through mastering the process and product characteristics and improve quality, safety and eôiciency. Requirements
Minimum 3 years Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience
Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)
Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including diôerent products and technologies in Electrical and Automation areas)
Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s)
Self Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
Preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution

• University Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
