AVL Italia S.p.A in Italy is seeking an Electrical and Special Systems Designer who will be responsible for the electrical design of industrial plants, special systems, and machinery for testing systems, and for developing technical documentation. The role also involves sizing electrical systems and delivering engineering documents while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

The candidate should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical diploma, at least 3 years of

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Diploma in Electrotechnics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in designing industrial electrical systems.
Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B1).
Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of main regulations and standards for electrical systems, safety, and directives (Low Voltage, EMC, Machinery, ATEX).

Mansioni

Electrical design of industrial plants, special systems, and machinery for testing systems.
Preparation of technical design reports.
Drafting of technical specifications and tender documentation.
Preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities.
Development of single-line electrical diagrams.
Creation of plant layouts and installation drawings.
Execution of electrical calculations and system sizing.
Performing lighting calculations.
Ensuring compliance with applicable technical and safety standards and regulations.
