Winthrop Technologies in Bertonico, Italy is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to oversee site activities on turnkey data centre projects across Europe. You will liaise with trades, review progress, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires an electrical trade certificate, strong organisation, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. You will manage labour, attend meetings, and coordinate materials and subcontractors to meet the project program.

Competenze

• Must have a relevant electrical trade certificate.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical contracting environments is essential.
• Data Centre experience is advantageous.

We are please to announce that we are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Bertonico, Italy

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and co-ordinate site activities alongside other trades
• Carry out weekly reports and issue to line manager
• Carry out weekly toolbox talks
• Prepare two weeks look ahead for upcoming works
• Attending daily/weekly meetings
• Manage Labour requirements are in line as per project program requirements
• Maintain Quality of the works to a high level
• Ensure Sub Contractors are working as efficiently as possible
• Notify line manager of all variations and delays
• Ensure all plant materials onsite are as per agreed specifications
• Coordinate and store all delivered materials in a safe and secure manner
• Review all Sub Contractors Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working condition

Ensuring that all matters of compliance and governance are identified and adhered to, including:

• Health & Safety issues on site and ensuring that all Sub Contractors are working in a safe manner
• Review ways of working and where possible implement changes to improve safety
• Ensuring housekeeping is kept to a high standard by all Sub Contactors
• Complete weekly ‘don\'t walk by' cards

Requirements

Skills, qualification & experience

• Relevant electrical trade certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential
• Data Centre experience is advantageous
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required
