We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our Italian team.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will work on project sites in Italy and may also support other countries in the region as needed.

YOUR TASKS

During the project installation and finishing phases, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling primarily, but not limited to, the electrical works executed at the site by subcontractors, including:

• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements at the site and intervening if these are not met
• Monitoring the quantity and quality of electrical work according to instructions
• Ensuring timely completion of work for proper wind turbine commissioning

Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing guidance to subcontractors involved in installation and finishing
• Checking proper electrical installations
• Initiating corrective actions to eliminate defects in coordination with subcontractors
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of site reports
• Collecting and forwarding technical specifications
• Reporting on site activity status
• Conducting quality checks on site and reporting findings
• Participating actively in site meetings (toolbox talks)
• Notifying site management of defective or missing parts for replacement

YOUR PROFILE

• Vocational training in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Profound knowledge and experience in Low and Mid-Voltage electrical systems
• Several years of experience as an Electrician on wind farms with in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbines
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Project management skills
• Strong judgment and results-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel without restrictions
• Experience working at heights
• Resilience and tolerance of frustration
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills
• Valid international driving license
