We are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to join our Italian team.

In the role of Electrical Supervisor, you will work on our project sites in Italy and, if needed, also support other countries in the region.

YOUR TASK

During the project installation/finishing phase, you will have the responsibility to supervise and control mainly, but not only, the electrical works executed at site by the subcontractor in terms of:

• Fulfillment and respect of the HSE requirements at site and to intervene should the requirements not be respected or fulfilled
• Quantity and quality of the electrical work in accordance with the related instructions
• Timely completion of the work to ensure proper commissioning of the wind turbine

Your further tasks are described as follows:

• Give guidance to the subcontracted parties involved in installation and finishing
• Check proper electrical installations
• Initiate corrective actions aimed to eliminate defects to be executed by the subcontractor
• Control correctness and completeness of site-related reports
• Collect and forward technical specifications
• Report the status of site activities
• Execute quality checks on site including reporting
• Active participation in site meetings (toolbox talk)
• Notify the site manager of defective or missing parts for replacement

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in Electronics/Mechatronics or similar field
• Profound knowledge and experience in Low and Mid-Voltage
• Several years of vocational experience as Electrician on wind farms with in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbines
• Good English language skills (read, write, and speak fluently)
• Project Management Skills
• Clear judgment and result-focused
• Ability to solve problems
• Willingness to travel without restrictions
• Used to working at heights
• Resilience & tolerance of frustration
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office
• International car driving license
