LJB & Co is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a data centre project in Milan, Italy. The role involves supervising electrical installation, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery on a mission-critical site.

Candidates should have 4+ years in similar roles on large construction projects, hold relevant certifications, and possess EU passport or right to work in Italy. Attractive benefits and permanent employment offered.

Competenze

• 4+ years' experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (data centres preferred).
• Relevant degree level certifications or equivalent trades background.
• EU Passport or RTW in Italy required.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities on site.
• Oversee all on-site electrical works including containment, power distribution, UPS, generators and lighting.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Enforce safety, quality standards and project QA/QC procedures.
• Support testing, commissioning preparation and pre-energisation activities.
• Provide progress updates and raise risks to project leadership.
