Competenze

• Diplôme en ingénierie électrique requis.
• 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la conception électrique.
• Anglais courant (oral et écrit).

Mansioni

• Revue de la documentation technique pour détecter les incohérences.
• Préparation et revue des livrables de projets comme les diagrammes et spécifications.
• Participation aux réunions internes et avec les clients.

Position

We are looking for a young graduate inElectrical Engineeringto start a growth path within our Engineering Center Fano (PU). The role involves supporting project execution and/or bid phases, ensuring the application of company procedures and delivering high-quality technical outputs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Review technical documentation (contracts, annexes) and highlight inconsistencies or missing information.
• Prepare or adapt technical specifications and standards when not provided.
• Support the planning and monitoring of engineering hours; promptly report changes or extra needs.
• Participate in internal and client meetings when required.
• Prepare and review project deliverables such as: One-line diagrams, Load lists, Cable routing/layouts, Equipment sizing, Technical datasheets and material take-offs
• Perform key electrical studies: Load Flow, Short Circuit, Earthing, and Motor Starting.
• Review documents from subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design alignment.
• Support procurement, construction, and commissioning phases when needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in electrical design within engineering or EPC projects
• Familiar with the full lifecycle of engineering projects (basic, detailed design, procurement support)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
