Competenze

This Electrical Maintenance Technician position is part of the maintenance team and will report directly to the electrical maintenance Team Captain at our Forlì site.

Responsibilities :

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will primarily handle routine and emergency maintenance of industrial systems. Key activities include preventive, predictive, and corrective checks, instrumental analyses, repairing blockages and malfunctions, and resolving electrical anomalies. These tasks will be carried out in coordination with other departments within the manufacturing areas.

Qualifications : What YOU will bring to the team :

- High school diploma in Electronics or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in complex manufacturing environments.

- Ability to read electrical diagrams and proficiency with basic bench tools.

- Experience in assembling industrial electrical systems and working on MB Tensione electrical substations.

- Attention to detail and precision in work.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

- Ability to relate well with peers, subordinates, and management.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and analyze reports proactively to suggest solutions.
