This Electrical Maintenance Technician position is part of the maintenance team and will report directly to the electrical maintenance Team Captain. The technician will be based at our Forlì site.

Responsibilities:

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will primarily handle routine and extraordinary maintenance of industrial systems. Responsibilities include performing preventive, predictive, and corrective checks, conducting instrumental analyses, repairing blockages and malfunctions, and resolving electrical anomalies, in coordination with other departments within the manufacturing areas.

• Report to the electrical maintenance Team Captain.
• Perform maintenance on industrial systems, including checks and repairs.
• Coordinate activities with other functions, such as analyses and fault repairs.

Qualifications:

What you will bring to the team:

• High school diploma in Electronics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in complex manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and proficiency with main bench tools.
• Experience in assembling industrial electrical systems and working on MB Tensione electrical substations.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with key organizational roles.
• Ability to interact effectively with peers, subordinates, and management at all levels.
