Job Summary

Tetra Pak Carta S.p.A., our Converting Factory in Rubiera, is looking for a bright and motivated Electrical Maintenance Expert to join our maintenance team.

What you will do

• Become the Business Expert of the plant’s electrical system, based on available documentation and electrical risk assessments.
• Coordinate modifications to the plant’s electrical system and update documentation accordingly.
• Manage maintenance digital tools (e.g., SAP, Document Management Systems).
• Lead installation or upgrade projects using Early Management methodology.
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on production lines and systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Enhance automation and control systems (mechanical and electrical) by collaborating with maintenance and production teams.
• Apply World Class Manufacturing methodologies for continuous improvement of factory and personal performance.

We believe you have

An educational degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Experience with industrial electrical systems, installations, and modifications.
• Knowledge of European and national electrical directives.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings; CAD skills are a plus.
• Experience with ERP and Document Management Systems.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and operating manual machinery.
• Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite).
• Troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automatic systems.
• Basic electromechanics and mechatronics knowledge.
• Fluent in Italian and basic English skills.
• Motivated, proactive, team-oriented, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
