A multi-national inspection firm is seeking experienced electrical certified inspectors based in Italy. The role involves performing inspection activities and preparing related reports. Applicants must have relevant certifications and a minimum of 3 years inspection experience. Freelancers or agencies are welcome to apply. This position is contract-based for ad hoc activities.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical Inspector.

• Ability to prepare inspection reports.

Overview

RINA is looking for electrical certified inspectors based in Italy, in order to increase our local network and perform inspection activities for our estimated clients.

Requested certificates

• CompEx Units – Ex01, Ex02, Ex03, Ex04
• IECEX Units – EX01, EX002, Ex003, Ex004, EX007, Ex008
• EEHA (Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Area) qualification for inspection in accordance with AS / NZS 3000 / 60079- Australian Standard - (IECEx wiring rules)
• Documented training certificates with ATEX or EEHA
• ATEX / EN Annex A training for installation, maintenance, inspection, and application engineering.
• EEHA – training course

Requested experience

• Experience as Electrical Inspector (min. 3 years); Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendor’s premises. Experience may cover daily inspections or short term / long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections;

Other requirements

• Ability to prepare daily / weekly inspection reports;
• Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards / codes, and communicating with clients in case of need;
• Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency / society; the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service;
• Location: Italy
• Contract: To Freelancer or to Inspector agencies, for ad hoc activities
