Alstom is looking for an Electrical Harness Integration Leader (EHIL) in Savigliano, Italy, responsible for managing electrical harness installations and ensuring the delivery of electrical components for projects. The role demands a graduate engineering degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, including team management skills.

This position involves driving quality, applying metier rules and processes, and proposing improvements in a collaborative, international environment.

Competenze

• Total experience of 5+ years in engineering, with strong knowledge in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Electro-Mechanical systems.
• At least 3 years of Electrical CAD experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in activity and team management.

Mansioni

• Manage electrical harness installation resources and project activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of electrical components and manage configuration deliverables.
• Continuous improvement and return on experience management from previous projects.
