Job summary

Blue Fox in Milan is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a major data centre construction project. You will oversee electrical engineering activities, review designs, and coordinate with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to drive delivery of critical infrastructure.

The role offers exposure to LV/MV systems, commissioning and a fast-paced construction environment, with a competitive package and opportunities to advance within a leading European data centre program.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience delivering electrical packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of LV/MV systems and power distribution.
• Desirable data centre, pharmaceutical or mission-critical project exposure.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical engineering activities throughout the construction phase.
• Review electrical designs, technical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support the installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure electrical works meet project specifications, quality standards and programme requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during construction.
• Monitor progress and support the successful delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical regulations and health and safety standards.
