Overview :

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working in both laboratory and real-world settings. You will be involved in the development, testing, and optimization of electronic and electrical systems across a range of applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras

Work with DC brushed and brushless motor control systems and power electronics

Program microcontrollers in C, with experience on STM32 and STM8 platforms

Design and size wiring for electrical systems

Create and interpret schematics and PCB layouts

Perform hands-on interventions on machines and support lab testing and prototyping activities

Collaborate closely with other engineers and teams, both locally and internationally

Maintain documentation and reports in English

Be available for occasional short-term travel within Italy and abroad

Requirements :

Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field

Strong practical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems

Experience with microcontroller programming (preferably STM32 / STM8 in C)

Competency in creating schematics and designing PCBs

Familiarity with laboratory tools and safety protocols

Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, Sap knowledge a plus

Solid understanding of project management methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
