Descrizione del lavoro

As an Electrical Engineer at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will :

  • Oversee the integration of the electrical systems
  • Be the owner’s representative with primary responsibility for all project phases from paper design through construction and into start-up and commissioning
  • Review technical submissions for construction procedures such as MEP and structural drawings and develop these engineering documents
  • Support the commissioning of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pumps and steam generators etc.
  • Ensure all relevant site safety documents are reviewed and followed, encouraging a positive health and safety culture on-site
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and taking part in daily planning meetings
  • Receive and manage responses to RFIs and submittals as required
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is prepared and turned over to allow the site to transition from a project / construction mode into a maintenance / on-going operations mode
  • Manage the specification, purchasing, installation and distribution of common electrical equipment

We would love to hear from you if you :

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in electrical engineering, construction management or a related field
  • Have grown your experience as a project engineer over 10 to 15 years working on large, complex engineering projects such as Data Centers
  • Have expertise and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, practices and related technical areas
  • Have an OSHA certification or are on the path to complete it. We can help!
  • Have a deep understanding and are an advocate of safe construction practices and standards
  • Are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Are detail oriented and quality focused
