PFISTERER Srl in Italy seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to develop and optimize products for global markets, focusing on high-voltage underground cable systems. Join an international engineering team and contribute to innovative energy transmission solutions in Lombardy.

You will design link boxes, customize products per customer requirements, coordinate testing, and drive continuous improvement in quality, reliability, and cost, working with R&D, Quality, Production, and Project Management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electrical design engineering; internships or academic projects considered for junior candidates.
• Knowledge of medium-voltage (MV) and/or high-voltage (HV) underground cable systems is highly desirable.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
