Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Mission: As an Electrical Automation Engineer, you will manage the full lifecycle of automation projects for electrical distribution systems, from engineering to commissioning and customer support. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and coordinate cross-functional activities across development and field execution. What will you do? Follow the entire life cycle of a project: engineering, FAT, commissioning and post-sales support Develop an entire automation system for electrical networks including SCADA, PLC, RTU, remote control Engineering of communication networks Be the main technical contact for customer and therefore one of the key figures for project execution Coordinate external project engineers in development phase and on-site activities Support tendering and selling department in definition of technical solutions Ensure customer satisfaction It is not only what we do, but also how we do: ensure on daily basis that all the actions are performed according to Schneider Electric Company Core Value: Customer First, Act Like Owner, Dare to disrupt, Learn Every day, Embrace different What qualifications will make you successful? Technical Diploma or University Degree in Engineering - electric, electronic or automation sector Knowledge of electrical communication standards and protocols, such as: Modbus RTU and TCP/IP IEC 60870-5-104 IEC 61850 Knowledge of electrical schematics and products Previous experience in developing PLC solutions Previous experience in developing SCADA systems Knowledge of Schneider Electric Power Operation and/or AVEVA System Platform/Wonderware is a plus Italian and English knowledge Demonstrate a clear customer-oriented vision Demonstrate capacity to manage project in difficult and stressful scenarios Availability to perform on-site activities, in Italy and abroad What's in it for me?
