You’re creative and tech-savvy, and you enjoy turning complicated ideas into easy-to-understand, engaging training. You care about helping people learn and grow, and you like working with others to create useful and interesting learning materials.

In this role, you’ll design and develop digital training content that supports learning across the company. Using tools like Articulate 365, you’ll build e-learning modules, videos, graphics, and animations that bring content to life for employees at all levels. You’ll translate complex topics into clear, engaging formats - always keeping the learner in mind.

You’ll work closely with subject experts and team leads to make sure your training is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs. You’ll also support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), helping upload courses, manage users, solve basic tech issues, and track training performance through built-in reporting tools.

Beyond design, you’ll also contribute to the wider learning strategy - from helping with training needs analysis to staying up-to-date with the latest learning trends and tools. You’ll manage multiple projects at once, keep things organised, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

This role sits within the Learning & Development team and is part of a larger company-wide effort to improve employee experience across the Group.

What kind of experience are we looking for?

You’ll need previous experience working in a similar e-learning or digital training role, along with a relevant qualification - such as a degree in education or a certificate in digital learning or instructional design (ideally).

You should feel comfortable using e-learning authoring tools (especially Articulate 365), have a good understanding of how LMS systems work, and be confident using video and image editing software.
