Your role

We are seeking an HSE Specialist to redesign our Integrated Management System.

• Prepare two separate document management systems for HSE and Quality, starting from the current integrated system.
• Develop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE-related documents.

Main Responsibilities

• Review existing documents (manuals, procedures, operative instructions).
• Ensure document consistency with actual practices.
• Align documents with EL group standards where necessary.
• Design and manage a SharePoint site dedicated to HSE topics.
• Create and organize sites, pages, and content.
• Utilize web parts, document libraries, and permission settings.

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent written Italian communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy; experience in technical documentation is a plus.
• Interest in management system standards, especially ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with environmental and workplace safety regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to learn and independently resolve problems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with cross-departmental collaboration skills.
