Un'importante azienda nel settore della visione cerca un HSE SPECIALIST a San Vito al Tagliamento. Il candidato ideale avrà la responsabilità di ridisegnare il sistema di gestione integrato, sviluppando piattaforme per la gestione documentale e assicurandosi della conformità agli standard di sicurezza e ambientali. Richiesta un'ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e competenze tecniche in ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.

• Competenze eccellenti in italiano, con attenzione alla chiarezza e alla coerenza.
• Interesse per gli standard di gestione, in particolare ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.

Your role

We are seeking a HSE SPECIALIST to redesign the Integrated Management System.

• Prepare two separate document management systems for HSE and QUALITY, starting from the current integrated management system.
• Develop an online platform (SharePoint) for archiving, publishing, and sharing HSE-related documents.

Main responsibilities:

• Review existing documents (manuals, procedures, operative instructions).
• Check document consistency to reflect actual practices.
• Align documents where necessary with EL group standards.
• Design and manage a SharePoint site dedicated to HSE topics:
• Create and manage sites and pages.
• Organize and publish content and documentation.
• Utilize web parts, document libraries, and permission settings.

Main requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills in Italian, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Experience in technical documentation or structured reports is a plus.
• Interest in management system standards, particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 are a plus).
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Willingness to learn and independently resolve problems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative skills across departments.
