Crown Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l. in Parma seeks an EHS Specialist to support Environmental, Health and Safety programs at the site.

You will develop and maintain EHS systems, conduct inspections, manage health surveillance, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with D.Lgs. 81/08 and EU directives. The role requires Italian and English fluency, strong communication, and the ability to train staff and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an EHS role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Italian EHS legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08, 152/06) and EU directives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train and influence employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
