Responsibilities

• Organize EHS trainings
• Arrange medical appointments
• Manage periodic deadlines and oversee activity execution
• Process orders with EHS suppliers
• Verify legal compliance of suppliers and produce DUVRI when necessary
• Proactively work to prevent risk situations
• Assist with activities for ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications
• Conduct audits and surveillance
• Support the EHS Manager with back-office activities

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum : High school diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Desirable but not essential : Three-year Master’s degree in technical subjects (Engineering, Environment & Safety, etc.)
• Experience as an EHS Specialist or consultant
• Experience with management systems (ISO 14001 & 45001)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
