Job summary

Alstom in Italy is seeking an EHS/RSPP Manager to lead the EHS function at a site in Nola. You will drive policy deployment, risk assessment, and emergency planning while coaching operations on EHS actions aligned with corporate targets.

The role requires 5–8 years in EHS, strong knowledge of ISO14001/ISO45001, and experience with maintenance or manufacturing sites. Railway knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environment, Health & Safety at industrial sites.
• Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
• Ability to develop and deploy EHS procedures and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Site/Depot Management in achieving EHS performance.
• Lead the EHS function in the sites and develop the EHS team.
• Ensure EHS risk assessments and emergency plans are in place.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Organize internal EHS audits and report monthly results.
• Coordinate training and communication plans with HR.
