Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa is seeking an EH&S Representative & General Management Specialist to support Italian operations in Health & Safety, Environment, Facility Management, Security, and Administration. The role requires 3–5 years in EH&S or facilities, strong knowledge of D.Lgs.

81/08, ISO 45001, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Travel between Capua, Melfi and Turin sites is expected.

Aufgaben

• Support compliance with Italian Health, Safety & Environmental regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08).
• Coordinate safety training, medical surveillance activities, and emergency drills.
• Maintain EH&S documentation, reports, KPIs, and compliance records.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
• Contribute to ISO 45001 and TISAX certification requirements.
• Assist in environmental compliance activities, including waste management documentation.
• Support security, facility management, and maintenance activities across offices and warehouses.
• Coordinate suppliers, service providers, and contractors.
• Manage administrative activities related to company vehicles, purchase requests, invoices, and office operations.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an EH&S Representative & General Management Specialist to support our Italian operations in Health & Safety, Environment, Facility Management, Security, and General Administration activities.

The role is ideal for a professional with some experience in EH&S who is looking to further develop their expertise in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support compliance with Italian Health, Safety & Environmental regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08).
• Collaborate with external consultants (RSPP, Occupational Health Physician) and Management on EH&S initiatives.
• Coordinate mandatory safety training, medical surveillance activities, and emergency drills.
• Maintain EH&S documentation, reports, KPIs, and compliance records.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
• Contribute to the maintenance of ISO 45001 and TISAX certification requirements.
• Assist in environmental compliance activities, including waste management documentation.
• Support security, facility management, and maintenance activities across offices and warehouses.
• Coordinate suppliers, service providers, and contractors.
• Manage administrative activities related to company vehicles, purchase requests, invoices, and office operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3-5 years of experience in EH&S, Facility Management, or a similar operational role.
• Good knowledge of Italian Health & Safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08).
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 standards and EH&S management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Italian and English (selection process will be conducted in English).
• Availability to travel between Capua, Melfi and Turin sites.

Salary range: between €40-45K gross per year
