Job Farm for Azienda, operating in the Tech sector and specialized in automating personnel management processes, is seeking a Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage payroll for a portfolio of clients: processing pay slips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications;
2. Provide direct support to assigned companies;
3. Collaborate with the product team for the continuous improvement of HR software;
4. At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing;
5. Experience in independently managing clients;
6. Good knowledge of the National Collective Bargaining Agreements for Commerce and Metalworking;
7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
8. Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change;
9. Gross annual salary ranging from €24,000 to €27,000, depending on experience;
10. Daily meal vouchers worth €8;
