Position: E-commerce Manager

The ideal candidate, reporting to the E-commerce Manager, will be responsible for the operational management of the brand's online channels. The main objective is to update the online channels accurately and effectively, considering commercial needs.

Responsibilities

• Update and oversee online catalogs in terms of categories, products, navigation tree, filters, and content;
• Activate promotions according to the activities outlined in the commercial calendar;
• Implement the online editorial plan (Homepage, landing pages, etc.);
• Proactively manage technical issues related to the website front end;
• Support Customer Service to ensure the best customer experience.

Skills

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (familiarity with Shopify is a plus);
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel;
• Understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and web marketing;
• Propensity for innovation;
• Knowledge of digital sales strategies;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
• Proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset;
• Creativity and proactivity;
• Experience in the Fashion sector and knowledge of Mail Marketing platforms are considered a plus.
