Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain, responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through the Customer Relationship Management tool and other systems. The role supports initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer centricity and profitable growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.

The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director.

As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will:

• Develop the internal commercial mindset
• Optimize the customer experience
• Develop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, dashboards)
• Manage customer database, including business requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
• Ensure CRM and pipeline best practices adherence
• Collaborate with IS teams to improve internal systems
• Carry out contract management activities
• Support sales training frameworks and provide system support to commercial teams

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Required Skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in sales analysis, CRM expertise essential; experience in sales, marketing, or pricing beneficial
• Experience contributing to sales effectiveness projects
• Proven success in driving change and supporting global programs
• Leadership qualities and team collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze large datasets from various sources

Skills:

• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with multicultural teams
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI)
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer orientation, strategic thinking
