Job Title: ADDETTO/A ASSEMBLAGGIO MECCANICO CNC

Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, Monza branch, is recruiting for a leading company in automatic line production for the role of:

Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Assembling and mounting machine groups and subgroups
2. Complete team assembly of Flap Robotized Sorting Machines
3. Assembly of Rotary Filling and Capping Machines
4. Precision assembly at the bench with thorough inspection and conformity assessment
5. Assembling pneumatic parts where necessary
6. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace following 6S procedures
7. Performing final assembly and commissioning of machines with all accessories in the testing area

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A mechanical or related diploma
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Methodical approach, precision, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Ability to interpret simple pneumatic diagrams
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to undertake short trips to clients after training

Additional Information

We offer:

• Full-time work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift
• Salary: approximately 35K RAL, based on experience, under the Metalmeccanica Industria CCNL, fixed-term or permanent contract
• Location: Gessate (MI)
