We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key accountabilities include:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems. Strong knowledge of BESS technology, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and power systems. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years
