JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced QA Software Analyst to join our international development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing principles and practices and be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the development team to understand the requirements and specifications of the software.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of the software.
• Identify and report bugs and defects to the development team.
• Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that the software meets their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software testing tools and techniques.
• Document test results and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the QA process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Portfolio of work that demonstrates QA skills and abilities or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
• Experience with different types of testing, such as functional testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
